He'll still have about a 50 hr. work week. When we say he'll be working at least two days a week, we literally mean two 24 hour long shifts with no sleep, and often, no time to stop and eat. And as he mentions, that's his *base* schedule.

Granted, this is 25% shorter than his current shifts and almost 50% less than his (or my) current work week, so...
